Almost one month later and I received a replacement Skydio. This was the issue. Beacon pairs fine now. I only wish Skydio would have better customer support I wasted many hours troubleshooting what turned out to be a bad drone.
Yes and also tried my own as a last resort. No response from Skydio wrote them Thursday last week. Not impressed with their customer service. Tempting to block their charge and file a BBB compliant maybe that will get their attention.
Plug in beacon and s2 with cord not pairing. Tried factory reset on beacon, tried powering off devices, tried swapping cable.
Anyone else have this issue?
New drone. Both beacon and S2 fully charged plugged in cable to S2 and beacon. Let it sit for 10 minutes and still doesn't pair. I've tried the powering both devices, factory reset on beacon, swapping ends of cable. Still cannot get beacon to pair to S2 any advice as skydio support is not...
