To my understanding, you cannot get around the Operations Over People compliance as the Skydio 2/2+ are Category 2. Are there any Cat 2 that are approved yet? To make this clearer, go to UAS Declaration of Compliance and filter by OOP and search Skydio.... nada. Even though the Skydio 2 series...

My question is, has anyone seen propeller guards for Skydio 2+? I do not spy them on the store nor the great Google. I'm studying for my part 107 right now, and I can see nothing in the circulars that say folding props are any different than solid props when it comes to exposed rotating elements.

This looks to be the only thread specifically about "get insurance or not". Soo.... vs starting a new one. I just got the Skydio 2+, did not get the Skydio Care... yet. I am an AMA member and they have some basic insurance as part of the membership, and some specific professional drone...

Greetings, first post here. Just received my Skydio 2+ (Sports Pkg). Ordered on Jan 11th. Got it on Jan 31st. Not too bad a wait vs some experiences I see here. But like most, I had to ping them to get any update on the order. Not grumpy about the wait, but they need to do a better job...
