I'm struggling to get audio from a particular flight... the app just says "Preparing to sync flight" perpetually. I've literally let it run for hours and no love... I just need this **** audio file... I have to say this is a serious design oversight in an otherwise wonderful product.

The audio is really an issue. I can not for the life of me get the phone and drone to sync and get my **** audio from my last flight. It is extremely frustrating. has anyone found a workaround to directly access the audio files on the phone?

When you plug the Skydio2 into the the outlet/charger/usbc it will power on without the battery connected. I would just plug it in, wait for the sequence and then yank (pull gently lol) the usbc cable out of the drone. Maybe I had actually already completed the sequence as I tried it several...

I'm having the same issue... at least I found this thread so I can try this drone reset... maybe this last update borked things for a lot of people? I flew once post-update... since then I can't connect with anything (beacon, app, controller). EDIT: The reset procedure doesn't seem to be...

I'm having the same issue. I wish I could simply have direct access to the audio files on my phone. That would be fine. Syncing while in the field isn't practical. I really don't understand how this isn't SOP.
