In my case, it was a bad controller. They replaced it and the replacement worked perfectly.

Or did they ask for logs? Seems they don't need follow-up flights. I would think the logs would suffice. I'm still waiting for the promised software update that will fix my issue. It's kinda like the shipping issues... they give dates and promises and miss them. Still waiting. I need to do some...

Folks, I've been flying my Skydio for six or so weeks, now, and I am wondering if anyone else has seen the terribly unstable video that I do. I've seen this from day one and it bothered me but it was a bit windy when flying (~15 mph winds) but this happens when calm and when flying in any...

It's worse than that. You will not be able to fly anywhere but designated hoby areas oif you don't have even limited secure ID (and there is no way this will have anything but that). But in three years, who cares. Seriously. And if you believe that there are only 150,000 people in the USA...

Thanks. That's what I tried. I get no indicator light on mine anymore (it used to flash orange but no longer does anything). Looks like I have a dead one, it seems. But we'll see if support has any ideas if I can resurrect it in some way.

I just received my Skydio 2 and controller. The controller seems to be dead. The green light indicating a full charge is on, but nothing else works on the controller. The light that's supposed to flash on the top of the unit does not, and plugging it into the drone to pair it does nothing...

And I just got my "Complete Your Order Now" email at 8:34 PM PDT on December 19th.
