I called last week and it took around 2-3 days for a response, they have always contacted me back wether email or phone call.

I’ve noticed that when using the Turbo paddle on the Controller and flying at faster speeds, my S2 loses Altitude at a uncomfortable rate. I haven’t messed with the Rates at all, I’ve contacted Skydio Support and are awaiting an answer.

I’m using a iPad Pro with my S2 and in the past I’ve used it or a iPad mini. I find the larger screen over a phone gives me more depth and input. I have both Dirty Js and the Parrot holder, I prefer the Parrot even though you can close the controller with the J.

It should have acquired a full signal with that much movement, maybe contact Skydio and ask them about your second flight.

No problems here, just a few dirty camera warnings and a gps notification. I fly only with the controller and have from day one, I haven’t had any flight issues. The S2 can be intimidating, I prefer full control for now using the controller.

I did yesterday get a GPS warning but it was brief as I just flew the drone some and it cleared. I have moved to a different spot just 30 feet away and the S2 works flawlessly.

I also use what’s called a Marco Polo, it’s a Drone locater system that uses small tags that use LoJack and the signal is picked up by a handheld device. I’m in a very rural area and if you go down it’s a real challenge beating the brush.

I have gotten that message when my flight begins after take off, but it’s been just briefly and clears up after the S2 moves some. I usually launch from the same spot, I’ve noticed my other Aircraft either find Sats quickly or not.

All’s well with mine also still, I do seem to always get a dirty camera warning at least once every flight. I wipe the lens down and even try to acclimate my Drone to the outside temp. Still I get a warning every time ?‍♂️
