Battery dead - any ideas as I wait on support?

One of my three batteries is not willing to turn on or take a charge. Put it on the S2 to charge and nothing. Charger, nothing. Held the battery button for 40 seconds, nothing. Using all standard cables and charging hardware. My other two batteries charge OK. Less than a year old with minimal usage.

I tried to chat, nothing. Left an email, nothing. Left a voice message, nothing.

Anything else to try?

I have the same problem with 2 x S2 Batteries. I have tried all of the proposed solutions:
Reset (40 seconds hold power button), Charge on Skydio. Still no joy
