Beacon refuses to pair

Plug in beacon and s2 with cord not pairing. Tried factory reset on beacon, tried powering off devices, tried swapping cable.
Anyone else have this issue?

are you using Skydio supplied cables ? have to use their junk as it is not standard wiring.

Yes and also tried my own as a last resort. No response from Skydio wrote them Thursday last week. Not impressed with their customer service. Tempting to block their charge and file a BBB compliant maybe that will get their attention.

Disputing with Credit Card company. Disappointing company several emails and phone calls over 5 days and no response.

Almost one month later and I received a replacement Skydio. This was the issue. Beacon pairs fine now. I only wish Skydio would have better customer support I wasted many hours troubleshooting what turned out to be a bad drone.

The Customer vs Customer Support is a long game with Skydio corp. Ive always practiced the three Pee's
