I was bicycling this morning at Chatfield State Park, and spoke with a Park Ranger about my wildlife observations and the fall foliage. During my discussion, I handed her a business card, that identified me as a wildlife photographer and DRONE PILOT. She said that I couldn't fly at the park except at the Model Airplane Field. I agreed, but mentioned that I could OVERFLY the park as long as I didn't take off or land within the park.
She said that she thought I was wrong, but would check it out and get back with me.
She did! She just texted me back, saying, "You were right Jim! Happy flying!"
If I were 50 or 60 years younger, I'd offer to take her to dinner. ;D
