Drone with no serial number

I bought an sjrc x something drone from China. I don't see a serial number on it anywhere. How can I register it?

Maybe it is a knock off? It is china after all!

It could be a knockoff I guess. It certainly didn't perform as well as its reviews on youtube, and the camera is terrible. I put my recreational flyer number on it. But, I don't see a serial number on it anywhere. How have other people dealt with that issue?
