Gimbal glitching

I have a problem with the gimbal glitching from left to right as seen in the video this happened on my very first flight Note it was left to right not up and down.
Has anyone else had this issue with the gimbal?

Did all the troubleshooting that the helpdesk gave me still no solution.
Did get an RMA waiting on the replacement. 58 days

What do you mean about 58 days? Is that how long they said it would take to get it fixed or to get a replacement drone or what?

Dmac1,

That is the number of days it took them to find a replacement drone. I have had my drone since Mid May but have only flown it a handful of times most of that was test flights as directed by support.

This just in I now have a tracking number. Will wait and see what is in the box.

The Skyido2 is in the box (refurbished not new) with no controller wonder how long that will take?

I can have a Controller, please?
