Hello from South Louisiana

New Skydio owner from Southwest Louisiana.

Four flights into it with a Skydio 2 it crashed in follow me mode with the beacon while walking. Now it won’t work. Have a V30 sensor error and can’t get rid of it. Cleared SD card, rebooted with battery off several times. Did factory reset. Still a no go.

Bought this rig off eBay in excellent condition. Still had factory stickers on it. Now I’m thinking I just burned $1000 bill in less than 20 mins if this thing can’t be fixed.

The skydio apparently tried to miss one tree and ran into another one. Needless to say I’m disappointed after reading up on how advanced these machines are.

I’ve also had a DJI mini 2 for 2 years so I’m not new to flying.

Forgot to update everyone that I did quickly receive a refurbished and tested replacement from Skydio. Total cost was $202 with the $150 assessment. We had to wait for several weeks to fly due to bad weather seemingly daily. But once we able to test it, it has flown well after many flights. I like the Skydio so far.
