Check the Device Compatibility List above first, then find your connector/ cable, Some after-market ones work, some don't. Did you not get connectors with your controller ? There are two types : Lightening to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C. The Skydio provided Lightening to USB-C is the only one that works for some odd reason, I recall someone here mentioning an aftermarket cable failed to work properly, that may have changed since.
