Is it okay to post "seeking pilot" requests?

Hello everyone. I've come to this forum specifically because I've got an opportunity that has a strict no-Chinese made drone policy. This said, I tried to message a mod this question and it told me my request was spam and wouldn't send it. I'm just trying to determine if "seeking pilots" job posts are acceptable and if so, which forum is the appropriate place.

It's been 3-days since my first post asking if it's okay to post job requests to this forum. 83 view at the time of this message, but no response regarding if this is against the rules or not. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to see if this gets any replies, then I'm going to create the first post. I'll be as transparent as possible in the post, listing all requirements and the base rate for the work, but want to call out that there are specifics I cannot disclose until we're in contract negotiations and under NDA. Looking forward to providing some paid opportunities to the pilots in this community!
