Hi All
I have a really bad experience
I have been operating skydio for a long time
this time I encounter a battery drop from the drone ( from high) lucky it is not too high
no other physical damage
but it break one propeller and another encounter some minor scratch ( I manage to change to new one )

After that I clean all the sensor and I try to boot the skydio from my remove ( using skydio apps)
During Calibration process the calibrating stop at V30 sensor issue
I try to reboot again and again still the same error

sometime the connect do disconnect and reconnect
and sometime the skydio head turn here and there for a few second

this is my second experince .. I should have velcro the battery with the drone
I buy a new batch of battery and happen again ( the battery drop from the air)

lucky no body hurt

Warranty is over.. after all because battery drop so no crash log what should i do now

Seevideo,

Holy ****, twice really? Well even if warranty is over, I'm certain they would like to know about this and at the very least youd think they like you to have this unit sent in-house, to see what's happening here. I'm sure you could have the contacts and magnets 🧲 replaced and a new battery for your troubles. I think Skydio monitors this site. Please let us know, if they reach out to you.

Thanks for letting us know. Being a BlueBird owner I'd be bothered by this. Thank god no one was struck with that brick.
