Hey everyone, apologies if this is a redundant or recurring question but I'm seeing conflicting info. Planning to travel to Indonesia next month, bringing along my own US phone. Will my Skydio fly there like normal? Anything I should be concerned about?

Hey there, just to be clear, there is no "micro USB C" - there is "USB C" and there is "micro usb". Many older / cheaper devices still have micro usb but it is gradually being replaced. I assume you ordered a cable like this one...

Ok in my case I can confirm that flying with a freshly formatted card fixed both my video preview / clip creation *and* I got audio as well. Thanks for the tip. Skydio support still hasn't replied to me, I'm curious if they give the same advice or (better yet) acknowledge there are some legit...

Android 11 here as well, Pixel 5. Latest versions of everything. I get the thumbnails, but clicking them brings me to a message that says "Photo/Video Not Downloaded. Connect to your Skydio 2". Doesn't matter how long I wait, or whether I sync immediately after flight before shutting it off...

Out of curiosity are you on Android? I've had the SD2 for a few weeks now and been unable to preview video or sync audio. Tried multiple Android devices, no dice. Tried syncing immediately after flight. No reply from Skyido support yet.

Well I opened a support case with Skydio a few days ago but haven't heard anything back. Fantastic drone but the app is a hot mess :cautious:
