    That really sucks. Yours was in pristine condition and now the unit you received is obviously well used. I for one treat my brand new stuff with the utmost care, you know pride of ownership. Regardless of the 100% working condition it still disheartening.

    Not sure you do the Facebook thing? But I watched a quadriplegic guy play "warzone" and he does extremely well. I think he does it with a tube he blows into. I'm sure there's more to it though. The game play is fast a furious and he holds his own. You may want to inquire about it.

    Others are experiencing that same thing, with the drone being out of the course set. I think someone mentioned about setting the key frame points closer together helps?

    I got an email back from Julia @ Skydio. She gave me the link to the most current firmware updates. Unfortunately it is what you already have V15.11.36 No mention of any newer updates being worked on.

    I can only do it on a "new" drone with receipt. On a 2nd hand drone I can get it appraised and the insurance company will then be able to insure it. But I have not found anyone that will appraise a drone.

    Anyone know if Skydio offers a "care or refresh" option after the warranty expires? Something along the lines like DJI, where you send them a video of the drone in operation.......ect

    I don't understand? As of right now are they refusing to repair? If repairs can be done what kind if time frame are you looking at? If you paid with a C.C. maybe inquire about a refund?
