What are you calling wifi "customization"?

I assume, changing the factory name and passwords to something easy to remember?

That's what I did and it didn't work out so well although it seems simple enough. The whole multiple device connection (Beacon to drone: App to Beacon) seems way more problematic then it once was. All the WIFI improvements over the last few months have not improved things for me. I had many many problem free flights prior to all this. Now if it connects up the way I expect (how it used to) I feel lucky. The GPS performance has degraded considerably for me also.
