How are the transitions in pitch and yaw between points A and B when using the Cable Cam function? Skydio claims it smoothly interpolates between those points.

If Skydio uses anything like the Yuneec Typhoon H, it will be a spline curve that connects the points.

Think of it like a base runner in a ballgame. As the runner advances from one base to the next the path is curved to allow the runner to be smooth and not make abrupt changes in direction. This is desirable for smooth cinematic flight. This also applies to changes in elevation and should be taken into account when programming the waypoints.

With only two points available (A & B}; it will travel a straight line not a curved path as one would get with 3 or more points (not on a straight line) using most waypoint programs.

The question is how smooth the transitions in pitch and yaw will be with two different POIs at A&B.
