I picked up a Pelican style case from Harbor Freight to hold the SD2. It's not perfect, I'd need a laser cutter for that. This is about as small as I think I can get away with and still hold everything. For a $40 case I think it's going to work ok. Here's a few pics.
I purposely left room for the controller on this layer.
4 batteries, 2 props and the charge brick. I'll eventually add a slot to hold the multi SD card holder.
The layers are the right thickness to keep everything from banging together.
This is the case I used: 3800 Weatherproof Protective Case - Large - Black
