Has anyone rooted their phone/tablet in order to get direct access to the audio files? If so did it work, sometimes, all of the time, not at all?

Audio files are on the SD card, there's THM (thumbnails) and another one that you can rename to .mp3

Not always, it's kind of hit or miss.

Couldn't agree more with you, this is problem since beginning ...
Sometimes they show up when the drone is connected for next flight.
Frustrating

The Skydio way is one of patients. I think the true existence is to teach us all a humble patient path
