Two totally different drones. I would recommend to have both, depending on what you want to do.
If you want create Litchi missions, you have to use the DJI product. Litchi is not supported (nor is any waypoint mission) on Skydio 2 as of yet.
If you want a drone to track your every move autonomously, whether it be walking, on a bike, motorcycle, car (up to 36 MPH), then the Skydio 2 is the drone to buy. It also has excellent dynamic range from its camera. I was doing an orbit around a radio tower with mine, and the sun popped up in the background, and it did not ruin the image of the tower. The tower stayed clear and properly exposed.
If you want to do any nighttime photography, you can't use the Skydio 2, as it requires daylight to even take off.
The range of the Skydio 2 is much less than the range of the DJI products, but its tracking features work much more reliably than DJI tracking.
