I bought a crashed Skydio 2 and after installing a motor and gluing the broken gimbal frame it all goes through Calibration with no issues, no error codes.
Gimbal reacts to Drone movements. Except when it snaps on power up the camera is pitched up a little bit.
I wonder if the ptz cable on the interior of the drone could be one 'tooth' off?
And, I have not yet flown the drone. If the controller moves the camera up and down perhaps then the camera will be fine? Whether or not it snaps straight on the next power up?
The camera shows a normal and clear picture. The camera doesn't adjust to Drone movements 100% and sometimes moves up and down as it tries by itself.
I may switch out the board and the camera with a spare assembly. No blue or white or ptz wires are damaged that are visible.
When I looked inside initially to assess damage the ptz connector was not connected inside the drone. But the wires were fine.
Anyone have had the camera initialize off level? Without Calibration codes throwing?
