Want RMA but [email protected] not replying to email

I just bought the Skydio 2 and it's not right for me. Sent 6 emails requesting an RMA to [email protected] but no reply, not one.
Called 855-GOFLY02 (855-463-5902) today, no one answered and I left a detailed message.
I'm concerned at what appears to be very poor customer service.
Anyone else having a problem ?
 
Im not sure about the timeframe here on the emails, but when I contacted them it took 2 days for them to get back to me. I hope California is starting to open things back up and Skydio can be fully functional again.
 
I got mine last Wednesday and discovered they sent two USB-C to Lightning cables for the controller instead of one USB-C and one Lightning. Emailed them last Wednesday, got a response today. They're dropping the cable in the mail.

Also emailed some questions about Skydio Enterprise last night; had a reply today around lunch, which would have been around 9am their time.
 
I called last week and it took around 2-3 days for a response, they have always contacted me back wether email or phone call.
