Glad you get it back SalsaDura. That was a close call. I don't like the beacon as I don't have any manual control like the remote controller does.

I think part of the Skydio 2 AI software falls under U.S. export control and that is why it's so hard to send Skydio 2 outside of U.S.

I went to Indiana's Brown County State Park to see the beautiful Autumn foliage of the Midwest America. I also happened to brought along my trusty Skydio 2 Ziggy with me. Got there early in the morning before the crowds showed up. The sky is yours! Ziggy! What? follow me drone? What's that? ;)

Skydio should done this six months ago with all the pre-order deposit money. Oh, no it's the big bad COVID instead. Edit: Maybe Skydio should consider moving their manufacture out of Cali

Looks like the secondary market is only way to get the Skydio 2 for the late comers this year, if ever.

Waiting is the key word here, but the reward is worth it.

I am sure Skydio is going push out a Skydio 3 with some of the functions of Skydio X2. Either that or they are going to outright sell the company. To whom? By throwing a life line to DJI for their U.S. market.

It's worth the wait. I can assured you. 308 days, and it's worth everyday that I waited. The video and picture this drone take is nothing that I have seen before, and I am a DJI fanboy. o_O
