Editing Real Estate Videos

I want to make real estate videos. But, when using Corel Video Studio 2022, no matter what file format, the video gets distorted. What software do you use and what file format? I run Windows 10.

I'm on a Mac. I use Final Cut Pro, and have used it for years.

Davinci Resolve looks really good and I may be switching to it soon. Resolve has a free version.
