Local Level Restrictions (state / county) - App. ?

Is there an app that shows you restrictions at the local level (specific state or county) like B4UFLY app?

Probably but I wouldn't expect it to be accurate or dynamic. Also you probably wouldn't be able to tell if it is valid since technically it's not applicable if it not in "the app." For example, if Nashville primary schools had a drone flight restriction over all primary schools from Mon 6am to Fri 10pm, what does that really mean? Try AirControl/Aloft for as much details as you'll probably need.
