Skydio Crash Warranty Claim Denied Then Accepted. The Story...

My mint and barely used Skydio 2, still in its 1 year warranty period crashed. As seems fairly common now, after the logs were uploaded, my claim was denied. This is my video outlining how I rejected their denial of warranty, and refused Skydio's pat response, getting a replacement. It wasn't easy. I hope it helps someone out there. Cheers.

Thanks for sharing. Emailing back and forth with support is super frustrating, way to be persistent. I'm on my 3rd Skydio, one got replaced under warranty for gimbal issue, other two rejected. Last one took almost something like three months of back and forth with Skydio eventually costing me $500 out of pocket.
