Can't download firmware update

Hi,

I hope someone can help me. I see that there is a firmware update available. It prompts me to connect to the Skydio which I do, I then click update and it tells me to connect to wifi to download the update. I switch back to my wifi, hot back but then nothing happens. I'm stuck at this screen forever. Any ideas?

I was having this problem when I got my Skydio a few days ago. I dosconnected from my drone, connected to my wifi LAN and downloaded the firmware, then reconnected to my drone and uploaded the firmware.

Did the same thing works like a charm.
