Haven't taken the plunge on a commercial drone yet, however; looking at the X2 for inspections
Tornado ?️ alley because I work in the wind turbine construction and find myself working on projects from North Dakota to Texas. Currently in Oklahoma.
Got into drones because I'm interested in performing wind turbine blade inspections and related site equipment including substations. Still working on details involved with this part of the business. If anyone has any information pertaining to this it would be appreciated! I have contacts in the industry and can assist others wanting to get into this too.
Tired of working 70 plus hours a week and 13/14 days a week. Thought this might improve my fare in this business and transition over from my current profession as an HSE Advisor one day.
Almost ready to complete the test for the 107 license. Still need to learn more about camera settings and drone software.
