Scheduling a test time for Remote Pilot Certificate test.

PSI is almost impossible to contact. I've held three times, for over an hour, and as soon after they answer they hang up.

I've tried to log into their website to schedule the test time and it keeps giving me an error.

I've emailed three times and today I got my first email response "it will take 5-7 days to answer your email".

This is not fun.
