Drone Deploy Alternates

Drone-Deploy just recently cut off any compatibility with the Skydio 2+ and I was wondering what other software's are good for autonomously taking photos, so that I can import them into something like Pix4DMatic or Reality-Capture, I've tried Pix4D and I don't entirely understand what people are talking about when it comes to autonomous photo taking. Any other ideas?

I have tried Bently, WebODM, and mentioned previously, Pix4D. These all appear to be software's that take the images you've already taken and make a 3d model.

Late to the party, but I have the same question. My employer got a Skydio 2+ several months ago and I have been asked to evaluate+ it for mapping purposes. But it seems it will only work with Skydio Enterprise now. Is the correct or are there other options?

As far as I know (and asking the same question during a video meeting with a Skydio rep), Skydio doesn't allow third party apps to access/fly their drones. They're going full hog on seling their own software packages.
